Water, water, water!

Whenever you are trying to be healthier, trying to lose weight, or even just trying to exist, water is essential! That is one thing both Sarah and I struggle with. We just always seem to forget about drinking enough water. So, in effort to make water more appealing, we spiced up our water today.

Sarah's water: navel orange slices
Alana's water: lemon, cucumber, and apple
