Fish Tacos
Flounder dipped in milk then in a mixture of panko, garlic powder,
paprika, and s&p. Baked at 375 for about 10 minutes, then placed in
corn tortillas and topped with fresh cabbage and a lemon garlic aioli.
(Aioli recipe: 1/2 cup all natural mayo, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1
tbsp lemon juice, and s&p to taste)

Notes: I'm a plain eater so the cabbage and aioli was
delicious enough for me, but these can be topped with any veggies you
like. A homemade salsa would also be delicious.
